- Equipment and Software: CBM Trading sells printing equipment and software intended for resellers in Latin America. We strive to ensure that product descriptions are accurate, but we cannot guarantee that colors or specifications will display exactly on your screen.
- Availability: Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, reject orders, or discontinue products at any time.
- Technical Support: Technical support is subject to the specific terms of the service agreement.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Prices: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes, duties, or withholdings in your country are the customer's responsibility.
- Payment: Invoices are payable immediately upon confirmed order, unless otherwise indicated.
- Late Payment: CBM Trading reserves the right to charge a late payment fee of 1.5% (18% annually) on overdue balances.
4. Shipping and Deliveries
- Delivery Times: We strive to meet agreed delivery timelines but cannot guarantee exact dates due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs or logistical delays).
- Claims: Any claims for damages or errors in delivery must be notified in writing within 8 days of receiving the product.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Proper Use: Products must be used in accordance with the provided technical specifications. We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper use.
- Legal Compliance: The customer is responsible for complying with local laws, including payment of taxes, duties, or withholdings in their country.
6. Limitation of Liability
- CBM Trading will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Our maximum liability in any claim will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product or service in question.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, USA.
- Any disputes related to these terms or CBM Trading's products/services will be resolved in the competent courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
